Office Fit-Out
Central London
The fit-out of a central London office space for a commerical client. The proposed scheme includes office space planning and a bespoke reception desk with reindeer moss green wall.
Here are some examples of our design work, many of which are conceptual, intended to test conventional realities but always considered with an eye on deliverability.

A landmark proposal for a new mixed-use building in the centre of Little Germany, Bradford.
Design work is ongoing for this extension to an existing Victorian dwelling within the Roundhay Conservation Area.
Careful attention has been paid to ensure that the front elevation reflects the existing dwelling and therefore respects the Conservation Area setting.

Proposed as a Campus HUB for a new Higher Education facility in Halifax this scheme involved a ‘light touch’ approach to the adjacent Grade I Listed Piece Hall, building on Will Alsop's original wider concept.
The facility maximised the use of the site with a proposed bridge link across the highway to a second building on the tight urban site.
The early design schemes for the Cow and Calf Visitor Centre involved an entirely new facility on the site that would provide both internal seating and educational spaces for visitors. Over the years the scheme has developed with the initial refurbishment of the kiosk and, more recently, a new phase to provide internal seating and refurbish a redundant below ground tank.
Primarily dictated by the site and natural environment this new luxury dwelling sits unobtrusively within an existing wooded area. Creating a new house between existing trees is always a challenge but by using sensitive building techniques and encouraging habitat creation this development will enhance the natural woodland environment.
This barn conversion required a different approach to the traditional method of converting a barn into habitable accommodation. A light touch approach of introducing free standing structural pods to provide new accommodation within the existing barn without affecting the structure of the existing barn has been developed.
Working closely with local Structural Engineers a scheme was developed for a new Bridleway bridge spanning across the River Wharfe. The bridge was designed specifically for equine use with additional height to the guarding to one side and a separate ‘pedestrian’ path on the other side.
As a competition entry Urb-X was a mobile pavilion to be moved around Yorkshire for public events and gatherings. The criteria for the competition dictated that the pavilion should be demountable and be able to be transported in standard shipping containers.
