This existing building was restored from sub divided apartments back into a single family home.  The existing building was in an extremely poor state of repair and extensive work was required to the building fabric to bring it up to current standards.

The house has featured in a BBC daytime television programme 'Britain's Empty Homes' profiling the rehabitation of the derelict building in disrepair back to a modern family home.
