Wembley Manor SEND School, London Road

Wembley Manor, located on London Road, Wembley is a new SEND school providing an additional 150 secondary age SEND places in the local area. The pupils have a range of different special educational needs but primarily around autism and behavioural issues.

Wembley Manor welcomed its first pupils in October 2025 after volumetric offsite fabrication, maximising PMV. The three-storey building is a BREEAM Outstanding and NZCiO building.

The new school is 3800m2 and the site includes a new associatd multi-use games area (MUGA) pitch, external landcaping and carparking with a designated drop off zone for pupils.
