Wembley Manor, located on London Road, Wembley is a new SEND school providing an additional 150 secondary age SEND places in the local area. The pupils have a range of different special educational needs but primarily around autism and behavioural issues.
Wembley Manor welcomed its first pupils in October 2025 after volumetric offsite fabrication, maximising PMV. The three-storey building is a BREEAM Outstanding and NZCiO building.
The project achieved BREEAM Outstanding and was shortlisted in the New Commercial Construction category at the BREEAM Awards 2025.
With strong, high-profile international competition, Wembley Manor unfortunately did not win an award.
