In 2012, we obtained Planning Approval for three country house hotel projects within the Yorkshire Dales including work to the Grade II Listed Austwick Hall,
Winterburn Manor and Hartrigg House.
Each application threw up its own challenge, not least the complexity associated with obtaining Planning Approval for any project within the Yorkshire Dales
National Park.
At Austwick Hall we gained approval for the conversion of former outbuildings to the rear of the property, linking them back to the main house with new common areas
for the use of guests, whilst also improving the functionality for the building's owners.
At both Winterburn Manor and Hartrigg House, we have obtained approval for the change of use of these two existing dwellings into guest accommodation, creating common
areas, ensuites to all bedrooms and separate family suites.
