Complete conversion and refurbishment of a Grade II listed large late Georgian Villa, formerly used as offices, into a single dwelling with integral garaging and swimming pool.

This new dwelling is on a controversial site within the mature wooded area of Ben Rhydding. Varying levels have been incorporated in to the design which utilises the roof space as accommodation in order to achieve the lowest possible eaves height and keep the house subservient to adjacent properties. 

This challenging project comprised the demolition of an existing dwelling & lodge within the green belt to be replaced by a unique, low-carbon house of approximately 450sqm in floor area, being the first significant Code 5 dwelling for a private client. The Code for Sustainable Homes requires a fully integrated & stringent approach to achieve such a high level of sustainability.

This side extension to a 1920's semi-detached dwelling makes use of natural solar gains to supply an innovative heating system.

Located in Sandbach, Cheshire, this new apartment building provides 9 new 2 bed apartments has recentaly been completed and occupied.

This generous single storey rear extension makes use of permitted development planning laws inorder to extend the house without the need for a full planning application.

We were appointed to provide a design scheme for the sale and future redevelopment of this existing farm and outbuildings into new dwellings.  Working with the existing volumes of the buildings on site, planning approval has been obtained for 4 new dwellings and the renovation of an existing farm house.

A previously sub-divided semi detached house has been returned to a single residence.  A full internal upgrade and re-design was required to bring the building fabric up to current standards and to create a house suitable for a young family.
